Final Clearance

Requested and filed by a scholar to ERDT office which will be processed to DOST-SEI when he/she successfully rendered his/her return service. The return service will start after the scholar officially completed his/her thesis/dissertation.

Requirements:

1. Request Letter addressed to the Dean of the College (cc: ERDT Project Leader)
2. Recent Certificate of Employment from current and previous employer (if applicable)
3. Final Clearance Form
