"Sustainable Built Design"
13-15 July 2016
We would like to invite you and your colleagues to participate in the Sustainable Built Environment 2016 Conference (SBE16 Manila) to be held on July 13-15, 2016 in Manila.
The SBE16 Manila is a regional conference of the International Initiatives on Sustainable Built Environment (iiSBE), jointly organized by the UP College of Engineering (UPCOE), UP College of Architecture (UPCA) and UP School of Urban and Regional Planning (SURP) and the Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT).
This 3-day conference aims to promote and facilitate the adoption of methods, policies and tools to accelerate movements towards global sustainable built environments. This international conference also serves as a great opportunity for Filipino faculty members and students who have limited resources and access to attend such forum to present papers, posters, network and exposure to worldwide sustainability issues. We have invited presentations by exemplary educators and practitioners from around the world. A Master Class will also be available for additional training experiences. The topic for the Master Class is Wind Engineering. There will be an exhibit area that will display academic posters on one side and another area for companies displaying products of sustainable design and development. There will also be networking opportunities with educators, engineers, architects and planners who are in similar teaching and research areas.
For more information about the conference, kindly check this official publicity material.
