Training on Effective Business Writing 2019
For the first leg of the ERDT Staff Learning and Development program, a training on Effective Business Writing was conducted on 5-6 December 2019 at the Toyota Training Room, National Center for Transportation Studies.
Facilitated by Ms. Ma. Teresa L. Pacis of the Philippine Trade Training Center, the training was a mixture of plenary sessions, group work, and individual exercises.
Participants were able to pick up tips and techniques on writing common types of business communication, as well as proper decorum in communicating online for business.
